It took her a moment to process to her that they were for her and smiled up at him. "Thanks." she said simply before getting up and arranging them. "Guess you don't want another restless night..." she said jokingly.

(Maybe...) She smiled at him and looked back at him after finishing her arrangement. "If you won't give me your name...Which would be nice...But can you at least give me a name to call you?"

"Okay then...Jass..." she said as she tried out this new name that she had never heard before. "Thank you again for the pillows and such." she said with a smile.

She smiled. "I think I will without the aid of that potion you gave me.." she told him.

Her stomach growled slightly to answer him. She smiled. "Maybe. What's to eat?"

She didn't particularly like chicken livers, but it was food. She'd just eat more of the cornbread then the chicken. "Oh..." she said. "Need help?"

"I'll inform you that even though I may look like a spoiled little brat I can make a mean dinner when I so choose. I was taught some skills you know..." she told him, slightly offended.

She shrugged. "My Dad was always away on business and it was one way for me to be out of my Mom's hair all the time, so she really didn't care. If it entertained me, then so be it." she told him as she finished "seasoning" the chicken and placed it in the oven before working on the cornbread.

She talked to him as she continued to work. "Do you have a family yourself?" she asked curiously, though she had a feeling she knew the answer.

She glanced away from the food and looked at him. "I guess you didn't like them much..."

She raised an eyebrow. "Then it seems like you're a pro at your job..." she said as she soon added the cornbread to the oven.

She looked at him. "So that's what you felt for me then? Pity?" she questioned, still trying to understand why he kept her alive. He had no reason to whatsoever.

She stepped closer to him. "you sure that's the /only/ reason?" she asked. She knew he wasn't telling her everything.
